Please note these considerations before making your sit/stand desk selection:
Key considerations include:
What height range do you need for your sitting/standing height ?
For example most tables' adjustability range is from 28-43". Commonly 28" is too high for comfortable sitting height for many workers. Note: Height range is a very important feature is to ensure the height range will be optimal for both your sitting and standing needs. It is recommended that you consider a desk with a lower limit of at least around 24”.
For specific recommendations, check out the E5 Standard Standing Desk as it has a lower limit of 23.6” and includes a keypad with four memory slots. It is recommended that you avoid any style with drawers or crossbars underneath since these takes up valuable leg clearance space
How much space (length) you have to work with? (a common size is 48")
How depth do you need? Tables commonly come in two depths: 24" and 30"
What equipment/accessories do you already have? You will want to make sure everything will fit well on your desk space.
You will need to do the assembly. Some tables come with the required tools and others do not. This should be a consideration.
These are heavy items. It would be important to have a second person to help with handling the box upon delivery as well as during the setup.
Memory settings can be a helpful feature to allow you to easily change between sitting and standing.
