October 2025 National Ergonomics Month - What's One Small Change You Will Make?
Small changes to the way we work can have a big impact on our comfort, health, and safety. That’s the idea behind One Small Change, a new Berkeley Lab-wide campaign designed to empower everyone to take an active role in their ergonomic comfort and safety at work. Together, these individual commitments will build a stronger, safer, and more comfortable environment for everyone at Berkeley Lab.

You can recognize someone for their accomplishment of making One Small Ergo Change with a Safety Award worth 50 Bucketlist points!
It takes just a few minutes to submit. Each submission will be entered into a drawing for prizes!
